Personally Identifiable Information – This refers to information that lets us know specifically who you are or that may be used to contact you on-line or off-line (such as your name, e-mail address, or telephone number). You must supply certain Personally Identifiable Information in order to activate an Account with the Service and/or upload Properties to the Service. We may require your name in order to process support and customer requests related to the Site and/or Service. In general, you can visit our Site without telling us who you are or revealing any Personally Identifiable Information. Any information we collect from you in connection with the Service generally falls into the Personally Identifiable Information category.
Billing – When you register for the Service, we collect Personally Identifiable Information (such as name, contact and billing information, credit card, and other transaction information) to complete your order. We use this information in connection with the Subscription Agreement. Credit card information submitted with your order is used only for payment processing and is not retained on our Site.

Except as disclosed in this Privacy Statement, we do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise retransmit any Personally Identifiable Information we collect online unless we have your permission. Any Personally Identifiable Information that you provide to WoVo will be used in connection with the Service and confirming your purchases and may be retained in hard copy form of the original invoice as well as within our database system, which generates our invoices.

We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful. We may release Personally Identifiable Information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to enforce or apply our Limited Warranty or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others and ourselves.
